We're hiring - Customer Experience & Sales Manager

TÔNN furniture is looking for a committed and service-oriented person who wants to help create excellent customer experiences, both digitally and in our showroom. You will play a key role in developing our sales by creating routines and finding new, exciting ways for our Portal shelving system to find its way into more homes.

As part of the TÔNN team, you will guide customers in choosing shelves, handle orders, and ensure that the showroom is inspiring and welcoming. You will be involved in the entire customer journey from initial contact to delivery, ensuring that every interaction leaves a brilliant impression. You will be in contact with our freight forwarders, follow up on shipping rates, and book couriers in coordination with our warehouse.

You are structured, proactive, and have an eye for form and function. We believe you have experience in furniture sales and are used to communicating in the channels where customers are present.

Your responsibilities

• Helping customers sketch shelving systems in our Portal Planner
• Providing personalized advice on shelf selection, digitally and in the showroom
• Handling incoming inquiries via email, chat, DM, and telephone
• Assisting customers with questions regarding delivery, claims, and returns
• Following up on shipping rates, reconciling orders, and booking transport
• Maintaining and improving the experience in our showroom
• Developing our routines for customer service and sales
• Participating in customer events

We believe you

• Have experience selling furniture or other design products
• Have experience in customer service and claims management
• Are self-driven and accustomed to making decisions
• Are a social person who enjoys picking up the phone
• Have the ability to prioritize and stay organized when things are busy
• Are confident in Excel and have worked with (or are curious about) Shopify, Fortnox, Front, and Figma
• Want to take responsibility and contribute to the progress of a small and fast-growing company

From our combined showroom and office on Södermalm in Stockholm, we help customers find the best shelving solutions for their homes. We are a small, ambitious team passionate about design, quality, and smart solutions. TÔNN furniture was started by Josefine Halfwordson in 2011 and is sold today all over the world.

Start: August
Scope: Full-time. 2-year temporary position with good chances of extension
Salary: By agreement. Collective agreement in place
Location: Stockholm
